Michael founded Paramount Impact to help families, advisors and community projects give with care. He leads the Paramount companies in Mesa and holds the CFBA, CFWA and ASQ CMQ/OE credentials.

Paramount Impact is governed by a volunteer board of directors. Board members serve without pay and oversee our programs, finances and policies.
Bryant Cherry, MBA
Secretary
Bryant is a Scrum Master at a large financial institution in the Greater Phoenix area. He has an MBA from Western International University and a BS in Health Administration from University of Phoenix.
Kirk Mote
Director
Kirk has served on the Paramount Impact board since June 2024. He founded Rescue Site Services and runs Event Sales Hub, and he holds a BS in Managerial Science from Georgia State University.
