About Paramount Impact

We started Paramount Impact so families don't have to pick between a quick December check and a private foundation they may not need. With a donor-advised fund, a family can decide on grants, make them, and keep track of them together. Fiscal sponsorship lets a project run under our exemption while it does its work. Both help families pass along their values and know-how along with the money.

Our mission is to make charitable giving simpler, more accountable and longer lasting. That goes for the families who give, the community projects that need a legal home, and the organizations their gifts support.

Paramount Legacy Funds are donor-advised funds. Your family recommends grants from the fund over time, and we keep a record you can look back on.

Fiscal sponsorship gives a home to charitable projects that aren't their own 501(c)(3). Sponsored projects run as programs of Paramount Impact, the public charity. They aren't separate companies.

We also help existing foundations with grantmaking, reporting and the everyday work of keeping things in order. We work alongside your lawyers and don't replace them.

We aren't a family office, a wealth manager or a commercial advisory firm. The other Paramount businesses are separate companies, and this website is only for the charity.

Paramount Impact is a public charity, EIN 99-3609530. Our board is chaired by Michael Glover and includes Bryant Cherry and Kirk Mote. The funds we hold are charitable property and are used for charitable purposes. We don't take part in political campaigns.
