Our three programs
We sponsor donor-advised funds and fiscally sponsored projects under our federal tax exemption. We also help existing family foundations with administration and reporting. We work alongside your lawyers and don't replace them.
Legacy Funds
Who it is for
Families who want a donor-advised fund they can recommend grants from over time, without forming a private foundation.
How it works
- Tell us what your family wants to support and what it won't fund.
- Open a Legacy Fund and contribute cash, securities, or other assets we can accept.
- Recommend grants to public charities. We review each recommendation and keep the record.
Fiscal sponsorship
Who it is for
Charitable projects that need a 501(c)(3) home and aren't their own charity yet.
How it works
- Tell us the charitable purpose, who leads the work, and how gifts will be used.
- If it fits, the project becomes a program of Paramount Impact under a written agreement.
- Gifts are received by the charity, recorded to the project, and spent on approved charitable costs.
Foundation support
Who it is for
Families who already have a private foundation and want help with administration and reporting.
How it works
- We learn how your foundation gives today and where the paperwork needs help.
- We help with grant records, reporting and the everyday work of keeping things in order.
- Your attorneys and your board keep their roles. We don't replace them, and we don't serve as trustee or investment manager.
